Return & Exchange Policy
At BEEGEE we understand that not every purchase leads to a satisfied customer. This is why BEEGEE has a 30 day return/exchange policy for customers who are not pleased with their product within the first 30 days of purchase-no matter the reason.
Customers are responsible for covering 100 % of their return/exchange shipping expenses, and we ask that you contact us at info@BEEGEE.ca prior to returning your product. Please include in your e-mail your name, order number, and details about your reason for return/exchange, so that we can learn how to better serve our customers in the future.

Shipping Policy
We love when you shop local, so we offer free, express (3-5 day) local delivery in Windsor-Essex on all orders. For all others placed in Canada, we offer a flat rate of $7.00 for standard shipping (7-10 business days). At this time we do not offer shipping outside of Canada; but give us some time we- will get there!
